I started my career in the telecommunications industry as a Site Manager in March of 2000 with a small construction company in Apex, NC. I have several years’ experience in the industry performing and managing L&A installation, broadcast, maintenance & repair, Inspections and decommissions. I worked as Sr. Safety Manager for 4 years and a Manager of Safety Training for 3 years before being promoted to Director of Training & Development for FDH Velocitel Inc. where I oversee the safety, health, professional development and leadership training for the organization. I am a registered member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (A.S.S.E.) and serve on two national committees; Telecommunication Industry Registered Apprenticeship Program (T.I.R.A.P.) and the National Wireless Safety Alliance (N.W.S.A.) which is focused on improving safety and quality in the industry. With over 19 years of experience in the industry, I am dedicated to improving our workforce every chance I get.
